I believe in the transformative power of collaboration and effective communication. With over 20 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of organizations—helping them adapt and thrive in the face of change.
Throughout my career, I have partnered with esteemed clients such as NY MTA, Citi Bank, and Morgan Stanley, assisting leaders in building multidisciplinary teams that drive success. My academic background includes a Master's Degree in Design Strategy and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies, complemented by certifications in Organizational Design for Digital Transformation and Change Management.
